I had a very pleasant stay at Al Sheikh Suites in Hamra. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very polite, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The price was reasonable and offered good value for the money. Breakfast was not included, but it was available at an affordable price. One thing worth mentioning is that certain room supplies and personal care items, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, Q-tips, and other toiletries, need to be requested from the staff, including refills. This hotel is conveniently located near a shopping area, just across ABC Mall, 3-4 minutes walk to Goodies Supermarket, and 10 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel itself has a shopping mall and food shops in its ground floor and basement, and it has an elevator and escalator thus making access to these facilities easy. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The reception staff were very nice and made sure I had all what I needed.

I travel for worked and the Wifi connection was great! I initially stayed at a junior suite, which was spacious with an extra closet - it also had two balcony with city views which was nice. The staff was super friendly and accommodating!! The hotel also provided a service where hospital staff come and perform a PCR covid test and bring the results back to the hotel so that you do not need to find a spot yourself and limit your hospital exposure!
