"We loved everything about the property. The location was perfect for us, the staff was so friendly. Be prepared to take your bags down stairs. I didn't see a ramp to do so. Our favorite thing was the jazz in the lobby. Made the start and end to the days even more beautiful."

"With such a large group checking in at the same time, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally and patiently assisted each guest in settling in quickly. The rooms were clean and cozy, with excellent amenities, and the hotel's central location was very convenient. I truly appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone.
