"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Lucerne, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff was unbelievably sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even helping us coordinate public transportation. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the breakfast far exceeded our expectations with a variety of delicious options. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop bar—breathtaking views and the perfect place to unwind. A special shoutout to Tommy! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about creating a great experience for us. He went above and beyond in every way. We would definitely stay here again. "The room was spotless clean. The mattress was perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful.The restaurant and every inch of the Hotel was very ,very clean,and the grounds are beautiful. The free breakfast was great with delicous bread and cheese, fruit,meats,eggs ,yoghurt and other deliciousl swiss foods. The only negative comment I have is about the shower ,but it was managble. I highly recommend this hotel. It is in a very beautiful, quiet town with easy highway access. "
