"Wow! We were impressed the moment we opened the gate into the garden. The hot tub, fire pit, and stunning scenery made it instantly feel special — it was absolutely beautiful. The hut didn’t disappoint inside either. It was so cosy and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, and the glass above it made the nights feel truly magical. The location itself is breathtaking, and a five‑minute drive takes you to Beadnell Bay — don’t miss the beach, it really is stunning. It was exactly the rest we needed after a difficult few months. The surroundings gave us the chance to completely unwind, switch off, and relax. We can’t wait to book again. Thank you so much."

"Stayed before in the summer and accomodation was lovely. Our return visit coincided with the first big cold snapy of the year. No night storage heaters had been switched on in advance so when we arrived house was very cold with limited heating ability. More cooherent instructions for kitchen/diner heater are required. In the end we just switched on every morning but heat generated was limited."

"Lovely cottage recently refurbished to a high standard. Well equipped comfortable and very clean. Great location just a short walk over the dunes to get to the beach. The garden was on the small side but plenty of seating provided as well as a built in BBQ. "
