"It’s off season and the maids are very available to meet our needs. Our room was clean. The air conditioner worked well but was a little noisy. There were some decorative upgrades and some painting has been done since last spring, and the elevator works better. We like how there are dimmer switches in the room which is great for people needing to use bathroom at night. Beds were comfortable and rooms are more spacious than most hotels. The property is clean and well lit at night. There is plenty of room for parking work trucks or high top vans at this hotel."

"The staff were amazing. So nice and helpful especially the room service crew. I loved how the rooms encouraged mindfulness and journaling. Such a nice touch. The whole hotel was beautiful and clean. Decided to become a Sonesta member after this trip. Can’t wait to come back!"
