"The Hotel is located in a great district and close to a lot of great restaurants and places of interest. The stop for the hop on hop off bus and other transportation is right out front. Our room was very nice comfortanle and cean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. Really good food and lots of selection. Our waitress/hostess named Hina was very attentive; kind and helpful to everyone. She remembered us every day and made sure we got our special order eggs. She was also quick to make sure the food trays and bread etc were well stocked. We have recommended this hotel to friends planning a trip to London. "

"Room was clean, amenities good but the front desk staff was exceptional! Vijay spent so much time printing out directions and reviewing them with us for a special ABBA Arena Show that we had tickets to attend. The night if the show on the way to the tube I fell and injured myself. Louis was amazing when we came back to the hotel in helping in hwlping my roommate contact the venue to cancel, print up the forms needed for a refund etc. couldn’t have done it without him!"
