"Absolutely outstanding! We came on a busy Valentine's weekend, but all the staff were super-helpful and the whole place buzzed with efficient excitement! We had a speedy check-in and enjoyed a scrumptious afternoon tea (very highly recommended.) Then we had drinks by the fire-pit. Romantic! Our room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. And breakfast in the morning was great, with more brilliant service. A truly memorable stay!"

"Everything superb, loved the room styling, newly refurbished feel, spotless clean. Top notch leisure facilities (could add poolside plant life and steam room scent maybe), gym full of new tech & choices with river view window. There was even a gym ball and mat in my club room. All staff helpful and prompt. I've stayed at other village hotels, this one was the best"
