"Is as advertised. A good and convenient spot to escape to. Beds were comfortable and room amenities were nice. Beats a regular hotel any day of the week. Good neighborhood. Somewhat noisy at night and early morning. It’s surrounded on all sides by the city life and businesses next to you are opening up while you’re sleeping at 7am. So don’t count on sleeping in if city life noise is an issue. This is smack in the middle of Covington by the way. And if you’ve never been here that’s worth noting....

"When we arrived I thought I had made a mistake and booked a place that allowed smoking. It is listed as non smoking but had a smoky smell. Some areas smelled like pee. They do allow pets but I would expect that mopping with a cleaner would remedy that. There were flies in the windows so we bought some fly strips. There is a table with drop leaves and when we folded the leaves does there was food and grime in the cracks which may have contributed to the fly issue. It is listed as accommodating...

"Had a wonderful time "

"very close to Xavier University and host is very helpful"

"We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Springer House! It has so much history and character! The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The only downside was that the road and park out front were both closed and under construction. However, we loved the atmosphere, service, and food at Casa Del Rio just down the street. We spent the weekend visiting a few of Northern Kentucky’s wineries and distilleries, and it was nice to return to our cozy, quiet apartment in the evenings. Thank...

"This property was perfect for our needs. There is not a single thing that I could complain about. The hosts were cordial, the property was clean, and cute."

"Nice cabin. Sleeps 4 people comfortable. Much past that, needs to be a small child able to climb into loft. Deck, grill, shade, perfect quite stay. Really enjoyed the cabin."

"Wish we had more time to enjoy this rental and Loveland. We got in pretty late and left early. The set up was perfect and everything was clean and new looking with flair. I would definitely go out of my way to stay there again if I am in the state."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures are very accurate. There are people on each side of you, but there are dividers and they are far enough away so that it still feels very private. I had trouble getting in but the owner was very responsive and helped us get right in. Will definitely keep this in mind for future getaways."

"The property where the carriage house was located was gorgeous and convenient to the city. We were very comfortable in the space-bed was great as was the shower. Kitchen was well stocked. Host was very communicative and helpful."
