"Alix and Lou staff onsite were great, and all the staff was fantastic. Really welcoming hotel and a really nice location for food, shops, and close to the beach. Will be back!"

"Perfect place! The only setback is the restaurant service outside, which was ultra slow and subpar, but anything else is top notch. Would stay again."

"Much has been written about worn condition of 1970’s vintage modernist building and we certainly found that evident on exterior. Lack of maintenance may be related to shared use of structure by hotel and multiple condominium units. The hotel interior including lobby, dining areas and guest rooms all updated and very nice…and service by staff was excellent."

"Super séjour au sein de cet hôtel récemment rénové, Chambre duplex idéal pour une famille de 4, personnel tres serviable et aimable, piscine intérieur tres belle, restaurant excellent, un sans faute !"

Decent breakfast included in the price . 2 minutes walk to coast , and excellent restaurants nearby .Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any friends who were visiting Biarritz."

"I loved everything about my stay here - the location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the style and vibe, and the staff. I highly recommend it."

"tout était parfait sauf la baignoire, inutilisable car sans aucune poignée"

The walk around the lake was a moment of peaceful heaven each morning and evening, the grounds are immaculate, and there are incredible views from all areas of the restaurant and bar, and the rooms are very pretty, with spacious bathrooms, some with small gardens and others even floating out in the...

"Good basic hotel to spend a night, near the train station, flix bus stop a short walk away, just across the bridge from the town."
