Outstanding

Excellent place, top location, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Top-notch facilities with the indoor & outdoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and gym. Modern appartement with everything you need to prepare your meals when you don't want to eat out.

Nice hotel close to beaches

Great hotel, good condition, everything worked as intended and it was comfortable. However if you stay on side of the road it’s way to noisy, very loud cars and motorcycles, not forgetting the glas container that was emptied at 7:30 am. The biggest issue is if you stay in summer, no A/C makes it very uncomfortable, the heat is way too much to handle. The staff helped us, did what they could to assist so a big compliment here, they managed to get us a better room. Still, when temperatures go up I wouldn’t make this my favorite destination, it’s beautiful though.

Property is ok, not having Air Conditioning was expected, poor ventilation and no fans was not. Buildings not designed to endure temps close to 40 yet was over. Would make me think twice about booking there again in July-August.

Great location but why no air conditioning?

Very strange to find a newly built hotel with NO AIR CONDITIONING! The receptionist kindly lent us a fan which helped a little. There was no extractor fan in the toilet either, which meant it smelled pretty bad. The location is fantastic and the views of the sea are stunning. At the end of our stay, we were expected to clean the apartment, strip the beds and remove all rubbish. Not a major problem but we weren’t expecting this.

Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. The amenities were pretty basic for an Appart’hotel - for 4* you would expect ac in the rooms but sadly not (reception loaned us a fan). Contrary to the info on the booking- no parasols are but the pool area and earned- there is no food/drink provision after breakfast. Finally, remember they’ll hold a 150euro deposit to ensure you leave the appt “tidy” - so make sure you do. Would stay here again but the above points would improve the overall experience.

Our room was rather dirty The kettle was filthy and had a brown skin on bottom of it , the pots hadn’t been washed by previous occupants . The tiled floor was dirty and walls covered in marks When we reported this to receptionist we were told this is the normal for dirty walls and floors and they done nothing about it The toilet brush was filthy and toilet was dirty The bedroom door couldn’t close because it hit the bed There is no exterior lighting to property and passageways can be very dark at nighttime Reception says open to 8pm was closed earlier twice during stay cause staff were in the gym working out

Het was er schoon en alles was wel aanwezig. De ligging was prima. De aankleding van de studio wat sober. Tegen betaling was er een parking, een wasserette en mogelijkheid tot verschonen van handdoeken. De wellness binnen was een fijne toevoeging. Wel vrij klein dus verwacht evt drukte in vakantieperiodes.

Cet hôtel est une honte pour le milieu de l'hôtellerie. Nous avons fait une erreur : ne pas lire les avis avant de réserver. Séjour de 2 nuits pour 2 adultes mi-mars dans un studio. ❌ La literie prévue est un canapé/lit très bas de gamme, qui grince en permanence avec un matelas très fin, une horreur. Et bien entendu, c'est à vous de faire le lit en arrivant. ❌ 1 rouleau de papier WC est fourni, après vous devez aller vous en acheter. ❌ Le ménage laisse très fortement a désirer (poussière, moisissures des joints de la douche, traces noires sols, murs et serviettes de bain,..) et pour cause d'un côté puisqu'ils demandent aux clients de faire eux-mêmes le ménage en leur laissant ni produits, ni même une éponge pour la vaisselle, juste un balai et un seau (autrement dit, venez en week-end avec vos produits menagers). Sinon le service ménage est proposé.. 100 euros! Le studio est équipé d'un lave-vaisselle mais qui pue..c'est une infection. ❌ Le chauffage est bloqué, vous ne pouvez ni l'augmenter, ni le baisser. Idem pour le son de la télévision. ✅ Le point fort de cette résidence est la partie balnéo : la piscine intérieure est sympathique, malgré les infiltrations flagrante au niveau des murs. ❌ Le hammam était inaccessible. Pour une résidence indiquée 4 étoiles, nous sommes plutôt sur des étoiles filantes.

L établissement est bien situé, proche du centre et de la plage. Petit bémol , la piscine intérieure était fermée, nous l avons appris qu une fois sur place. Ils ne répondent pas au téléphone 😕 plusieurs essais et à chaque fois messagerie pleine donc on ne peut pas laisser de message 😕. Cuisine très fonctionnelle mais il n y a qu un seul rouleau papier toilette à disposition il faut acheter les autres . La ventilation assez forte en bruit lorsque vous dormez dans le salon.

Une belle deception

Séduits par la promesse d’un hôtel 4 étoiles et par son emplacement idéal, nous avons malheureusement été très déçus par notre séjour. ❌ Piscine fermée sans information préalable et délais non respectés L’une des principales raisons de notre choix était la présence d’une piscine, mise en avant sur la plateforme Hôtels.com. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert qu’elle était fermée, une information qui n’était pas mentionnée sur la plateforme de réservation. Lorsque nous avons signalé ce point à la responsable, elle nous a renvoyés vers leur propre site, affirmant qu'il était à jour et que nous aurions dû vérifier là-bas. Seulement, la piscine était annoncée comme fermée jusqu’au 8… et pourtant, le 9, elle n’était toujours pas accessible ! La plateforme de réservation ne peut donc pas être tenue pour responsable, contrairement aux justifications avancées par l’hôtel. ❌ Propreté très insuffisante Le ménage laisse à désirer : Vitres sales, Sol collant, Toiles d’araignée et poussière omniprésentes. Après avoir signalé ces points à la réception, un ménage supplémentaire a été organisé. Pourtant, même après cette intervention, l’état de propreté restait très insuffisant (photos à l’appui). Difficile de croire les affirmations selon lesquelles tout est fait pour assurer un ménage irréprochable. ❌ Un rapport qualité/prix injustifié Au vu du prix pratiqué, de la classification 4 étoiles et des prestations annoncées, le niveau de service est loin d’être à la hauteur.
