"A really great hotel in an amazing neighborhood."

"If you want to feel like a celebrity and stay in a beautiful historic villa in the heart of the city, stay here! Staff could not be more pleasant and helpful, beds are so comfortable, and buffet breakfast was delicious."

"Difficult to find the location Leakage from ceiling Broken toilet Small Not worthy of its price"

"An absolute gem in the best location, great staff with everything near by, looking forward to returning!"

"Amazing hotel! Great staff! Super helpful securing shuttles to the airport. Yummy breakfast. Overall loved our stay!"

"Such a lovely stay! Definitely recommend"

"Clean. Spotless actually. Beds are confurtsble and first time ever to find a comfortable pillow! Spacious rooms. Very thin walls, if have noisy neighbours that’s it your might is forever had some rude one next room woke us by being loud in their rooms 3am. Boiler was broken on arrival we reported straight away but took them sometime to fix we had cold showers in arrival but to be fair they were very apologetic and did their best to fix it in two hours. Then bathroom sink stopped draining...

"Beautiful convenient hotel in the heart of Rome. You can walk to any of the main attractions! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was quiet, clean and spacious. You even get a free bottle of wine! I wish I could have stayed longer! 10/10"

"Simply beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and the one I stayed in was nicely laid out (just watch your head :)). Sassoferato is not a big town, but this is at the top of the hill, in walking distance to the municipal town square, but many of the cafes/restaurants are at the bottom so you may wish to take your car if not looking for a passeggiata. There is parking and even if full there is ample parking close by. The staff were very helpful and overall can't fault this hotel, would definitely stay...

"Great"

"The hotel is literally perfect to see everything and go shopping and restaurants. But the room is small, the staff seem a little sketchy as far as writing down credit card numbers on posted notes and charging tips."

"Veldig bra beliggenhet med gangavstand til det meste. Rene og hyggelige rom, men kanskje litt små. Veldig hyggelig personale."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Habitat Monti. The room is small, but VERY clean. The location is great: all the tourist attractions are in walking distance, easy to find and to reach the airport from there. "

"Room was lovely and spotless clean. The staff went above and beyond. Walking distance to train station, and central to a lot of attractions - Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Colosseum. Easy cab ride to the Vatican. Safe streets at night. The restaurant is outstanding and rooftop view!"
