It is a very nice modern design home situated in a "resort feeling" setting of beautiful landscaping. The villa is stunning, attention to detail 1st class, with everything at the property you could wish for. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers to take to the beach. The interior is stunning, with everything you need and more and the privacy of the pool with sun lounges and the court is superb. Highly recommended!"

The host went above and beyond, nailing every detail and he even gave each of us Yeti Ramblers to take home! We were there with 4-couples and the layout was perfect! "I love the location, the beach, and pool at this house. It had beautiful decor and comfortable bedding. This is one of the newer homes on Exuma. I have stayed at several and this one was my favorite so far. Great for large families and all the spaces are very accommodating for many guests. "

"The view was STUNNING as you walked in the front door!Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Well stocked with everything you need to cook your food. We loved the fact that it was centrally located on the island. We had one issue with one bathroom shower as the water wouldn't get very warm but we would highly recommend this place!"
