"Amazing property. We had a family of 6 and family of 4. All different age ranges and it worked out perfectly. Great location and centrally located. Beach was awesome and saw only a handful of people all week there. The outside area and the gazebo were our favorite spots. Charlene the house manager was there whenever you needed her. If we ever come back we’d stay here again. "

"This was our first trip to Exuma, and after staying at Point of View, we’re already planning our return. My husband and I have stayed in countless rental properties around the world, and this one easily ranks in our top three. It’s the kind of hidden gem you almost don’t want others to find, so it stays as peaceful and private as it is now. (But here I am, writing a review. lol)We spent our mornings swimming and snorkeling right off the beach in front of the house, especially heading north toward the pier and along the rock wall by the Point of View sandbar. At night, we loved stargazing from the deck and even spotted the Milky Way, absolutely magical!The house is beautifully equipped with everything you need to unwind and soak it all in.Other highlights included snorkeling at Three Sisters and renting a boat from Minn’s for the day, highly recommend! We truly can’t wait to come back."

"The owner of this property and the other two next to it is absolutely amazing, all the information I requested before the trip and during the trip, the property manager is also very responsive during the trip, the property exceed expectations and the house was equipped with many other things I wasn’t expecting. "Paul was amazing, and his property is incredibly well maintained. I’m already planning to book again next year! The location is perfect—close to grocery stores, liquor stores, and the port where boat tours depart.His property manager was very responsive, and the locals on the island were all friendly and helpful.Exuma is definitely a place I’ll be visiting every year, and Paul’s three properties are top-notch. "We spent an unforgettable week at Zen Exuma with 17 people—6 of them kids—and somehow, we all left more relaxed than when we arrived (miracle!). The house layout is spot-on for large groups, giving everyone space to gather and space to retreat when the kids discovered the volume button on life.What really made the trip extra special was the incredible support from Karin and the property manager, Cecil. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and stress-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Already dreaming of our return to this slice of paradise!"

"My family (2 adults & 4 teens) had an absolutely fabulous stay at The Lady Blue! The location was perfect—an easy trip to the north to see Coco Plum Beach or to the south to see Tropic of Cancer. We also loved the quick trip to Prime & Smitty’s to stock up on drinks & groceries! We had a few problems with the plumbing but Jonas & Endalyn were great responding & getting a plumber to fix everything! We had a wonderful trip & really appreciated the people of Exuma who are so warm & friendly. Crime & safety did not seem to be an issue at all. We have been going to the Turks & Caicos for the past 12 years & have been sad to see how crime has affected our sense of security on that island (Provo). (We were given panic buttons when we rented a villa there & noted all gas station workers sat behind bullet proof glass). Great Exuma had none of that & we hope it never does! We had a wonderful family vacation! Thank you!"
