If you’re here for the city:

Poble Sec lies sprawled at the bottom of Montjuic, a magnificent natural wonder, a hill that grows very close to the city center. The neighbourhood combines nature and city perfectly, as it has Barcelona’s most famous Pinchos Street (Carred Blai) at its heart, while bordering the famous singing fountain and the ultra-cool Apolo nightclub (plus Fira Montjuic, the Sonar by Day venue).
Dali’s masterpieces (Casa Batlo, Casa Mila, Sagrada Familia) are all just a few metro stops away. To get to Park Guell or the Monastery of Montserrat, talk to us about help with transport & entrance tickets.

If you’re here for nature:

Just to visit all the attractions of Montjuic could easily take you a week. Here you can find not one but two wondrous botanical gardens, one of them a cactus reservation (one of the most picture perfect natural wonders of Barcelona,) The Fundacio Miro, The Poble Espanyol, The Theatre Grec, Palau Sant Jordi or explore some of the former Olympic village attractions.
Poble Sec borders the pittoresque nightlife full streets of Raval on the other side of Montjuic, and is close to Sant Antoni, where you should head in case you want to drink and have tapas with the local hipsters.

If you’re here for the beach:

You can walk to Barceloneta, our closest to the heart of the city beach, or reach any of the other ones via the Yellow Metro Line (L4).

If you’re here for museums:

Rest assured, neighbouring Raval is full of interesting cultural venues, like MACBA (for Contemporary Art) or the Catalan Cultural Center, plus some fun and interesting stuff for kids if you need to entertain them (Big Fun Museum and Museum of Illusions).

If you’re here for shopping:

Shop ‘til you drop! Or maybe not that much, but still, find local designers and cute boutique stores plus the big Corte Ingles within walking distance. If you’re looking for something more upscale, take the Green Metro Line (L3) directly to Passeig the Gracia / Rambla de Catalunya.

Whether it’s the up-to-date design of the kitchen, both functional and bright, or the living / dining / planning or “whatever you choose to do” spaces, the cozy bathroom or such details as the “volta catalana”, the perfectly preserved wooden beam ceiling, a local staple - we don’t know what makes this place so charming, but it really is.

The resting area, consisting of 2 double beds (1 in the master bedroom, and another double bed closer to the living space).The flat is equipped with everything you need, from cutlery, sheets, towels, to an oven, fridge, or microwave grill. All up and ready for you to come and enjoy it!
We chose neutral colors for the flat’s design, in order to give the incredible amount of natural light available the possibility to shine. ✨ Literally!

Enjoy the city’s bohemian energy in this ultra-sunny 2 bedroom charmer of a flat, that has its own balcony. Basking in the colorful heart of an area, full of bars, clubs, theatres and restaurants, this well equipped cutely decorated living space will embrace you, making you feel at home.

There is only one AC unit in the living room.

Travelling by car?
If you are planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot ahead of time online, and offer a discount via parclick.

Is this a work trip?

Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable setup to work from home. Well, as comfortable as working can be.

Last minute bookings ?

Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!

The public transport options of this location are fantastic. Within 2 minutes’ walk you will find the metro station Parallel, served by two lines, line 2 (purple) and 3 (green). Line 2 will take you directly, without changing, to the Sagrada Familia. For Park Guell, you can take line 3, also without changing. For the Fair Congress (Fira) on the Plaza España you are only 2 metro stops away.
On the Parallel avenue you will find many bus stops that will take you anywhere in the city. E.g. If you don’t prefer to walk to the beach, you can take a bus that will drop you at the beach in 10 minutes.

Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.

2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.

3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.

4. No smoking inside the apartment.

5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.

6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.

7. Tourist tax of €6.88 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.

8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Late arrival fees: €25 after 8PM, €50 after 12PM (paid in cash or by card).

9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending.

10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock.

11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.
