"A good stay....check in was a little odd...As I'd"

"The decor was really something special. The room I stayed in was Marco Polo. Although a little on the dark side, the lighting was done well that you did not realise so much. The bath was amazing. The water temperature and how quick it filled up was great. My husband said the shower was fabulous and he did not want to come out. Do be careful of scolding yourself though as the hot water is immediately very hot. The mattress and pillow was comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. Check in was...

"First impressions when I walked inside were wow, absolutely loved the floral display. We were greeted by Amelia @ checkin, lovely and welcoming and very helpful with any questions I asked. Room was clean and comfortable, beds are comfortable and the blackout curtains are great. We had a very nice welcome from Cassy at breakfast who explained where everything was. As for the other staff members I have to say a huge thank you to Darren @ breakfast your amazing, you made us have a good laugh please...

"Room 207 had a pretty bad smell in the bathroom when we arrived. Seemed to get worse overnight. Didn't complain as was only there for one night ? Bad drain smell?"

"The rooms were clean and good size, ideal for kids. Location was good. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly."

"Perfectly clean and functional. Useful when visiting my university student son living in Selly Oak. Didn't partake of breakfast but Morrisons and Aldi nearby."

"I stayed for one night. The check in and check out were super easy and everything was explained. The apartment had everything you needed. Ironing board and all. I have already booked my next stay as the location is next door to the Mailbox and a 5 minute walk from New Street."

"الحمام منفصل ولا يوجد شطاف "

"Peter Scott house is the cheap alternative to teh EDge"

"Our stay was OK. Breakfast was good and was included in our package. Car park price is about the same as other parking in the area. Good transportation links. Tram stop is a short walk. Heating didn’t work. There was a notice in room to say don’t adjust thermostat on radiator as it is controlled from reception. Informed them but radiator still cold. When we came home late our key card would not let us in front entrance. Another couple turned up and their card didn’t work. They said there was...

"Nicely kept bedrooms in pub annex on first and second floors! Hot water instantly on tap in sink and shower as required! Stairs a bit narrow but stair rails were solid and extensive! Quiet even though location is on the busy Bristol Street route! Plenty of taxi pick up/drop off space on adjacent road! Afternoon staff very friendly - night staff were very helpful! Very clean establishment. Great value for experienced travellers on a budget! Not suitable for those with young children because of...
