10/10 Excellent

"Love this hotel! Staff was super friendly, rooms were very clean and spacious. Their decor was on point. My only complaint is that we left for hours (from early in the morning to 3-4 pm) and our room didn't get cleaned, even when we left the sign up to please clean it. Location was really good and the buffet breakfast had plenty of options."

"Easy and pleasant check in experience with the front desk staff. The coffee on arrival is a welcoming touch. The bathroom did not have a fan so it stayed very damp and had a strange odor. The drinks at the bar tasted great and the bartender was friendly. The outdoor spa is open until 11pm which was a bonus. Good breakfast in the am."

"I stayed for a couple of nights with my teenage son. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and generally comfortable. One issue we encountered was with the room keys, which were extremely sensitive. Even brief proximity to a mobile phone seemed to deactivate them, requiring reprogramming at the front desk. We had to return to have our keys reset two or three times during our stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, only one employee was working during the peak check-in period, which resulted in some delays. Despite being busy, she remained friendly, answered all of our questions, and provided helpful information about the property. While the rooms were attractive and comfortable, they are beginning to show their age and some signs of wear. A renovation or at least a more thorough deep cleaning (specifically in the bathrooms) would improve the overall experience. That said, this was not a major concern, as the beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The outdoor BBQs are a nice amenity and we enjoyed having access to it. However, none of the grill starters were functioning, so we had to rely on the small matchbook provided for the fireplace to get the BBQ started. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The property offers spacious accommodations and friendly service, but improvements to room maintenance, key card reliability, and staffing during busy periods would make for a much better guest experience."
