"Beds were hard. Bath tub looked dirty and no coffee was in the room. Only tea."

"Clean and comfy"

"Would not stay here. Building seems to have various maintenance issues. Our first room half the outlets and lights didn’t work, were switched to a new room with same problems and the bathroom door would not stay shut. They collected $200 at check in for incidentals, which takes 3-5 days to refund if not used. The cherry on top was the rude manager (Michelle) who responded to my complaints about the hotel with “you should’ve booked on the Marriott app”. She offered no apologies, no refund and...

"👍"

"Conveniently located to shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes to Texas Tech campus. The front desk attendant was very nice, polite and did a great job. The room was clean, pool was clean. We stayed here a few years ago and it was in much better shape. This time we stayed it could use some updating."

"This place was ok for just a quick weekend. Would pay more to stay somewhere nicer next time though. Lee checked us in and he was very helpful and kind. The place definitely needs an update and a deep clean.. We love home2 suites and have stayed at multiple locations, this one was the dirtiest thus far. We didn't try the gym area, but that looked pretty clean and had lots of equipment! We unfortunately were unable to try the breakfast as it ends at 9am (which in my opinion, is early.) So,...

"Best hotel ever."

"great!"

"Room carpet wasn’t vacuumed pieces of trash around room on floor"

"The property was good. The cleanliness of the room sucked. The bed smelled like urine and a dead fish. I was tired and needed sleep so I didn’t ask for a room exchange. I showered in the evening and had to shower again in the morning because the smell of the bed was so rank I could smell it on my body. I feel like I should be refunded or the hotel should make things right with me."

"This place was disgusting. Our room was not clean. Upon arrival to our room, it was noted that the door was open. I called downstairs and spoke to the front desk and discussed my concerns regarding the door being opened. The front desk person stated that it might’ve been one of the cleaning ladies forgetting to close the door properly. While trying to examine the room, the person that was cleaning the room came in and was surprised that we were even in the room. I asked her if the room was...

"It was a great clean hotel"

"We had to switch room 3 times due to uncleanliness and broken items. The carpet was kind of dirty, and the elevator really stank. Lots of issues. Bathtub and shower was so awful that I did not want to step in it, and I did not use it. The full size refrigerator was bolted shut and top was thick with dust/dirt that had been there for quite some time. Floor was not swept and I picked up a quarter sized piece of candy. The bed was super uncomfortable; if I got close to the edge, it was sloped so...

"Adorable, historical and friendly. Charming place with an excellent staff!"
