"What a great weekend getaway with my family! The house was stocked with a few games, Legos and lots of beach toys. The kids bikes fit my two kids well and we really did not need to bring a thing for the kids but food and clothes. The beaches were beautiful and pretty empty. We joined the Shoals Club for the two days. We felt like it was nice but unnecessary unless you plan to eat out often. It’s always a big plus when the beds are comfortable and we all found that to be the case. We’d definitely come back! "

"Our family had a wonderful October stay! The cottage was absolutely beautiful and Melanie was a wonderful host! We were so impressed with the space, comfortable & beautiful rooms, the nature surrounding the cottage and all the great touches that made us feel welcome and at home! We also really enjoyed the convenience of being able to use the 2 golf carts! We loved hopping in a golf cart and driving to all the different beach accesses, restaurants, the lighthouse, market, BHI club, marina and just exploring the island! We loved seeing all the deer and beautiful birds too! We did not want to leave and looking forward to returning! "

"Our family of 4 felt right at home in this cozy home. The top floor views of the fern covered tree tops, great sun deck, cozy beds, modern kitchen and furnishings were fully enjoyed. Hosts were easy to communicate with throughout our 7 night stay. Easy golf cart ride or bike ride (great bikes) to the beaches. Would love to return! "

"Great property. Tyler was super responsive throughout our stay and was really great and responded qiuckly. Super helpful to get us more materials for our golf cart when it was raining from a nor'easter on the weekend. Rooms were great and beds were comfortable. Amazing screened in porch space.
