"This was my first time staying at a Trailborn hotel. Based on my stay, I will always look for Trailborn properties. The restaurant food was great. The bar service, OK. There were a few cocktail orders that were wrong or interesting interpretations. Loved all the amenities (hot tub, sauna, bikes, easy surf board rentals) and the staff was all very nice. The hotel was very leaky when we had a huge rainy day. They only came to clean our room once in 4 days. I was told at check out that I was...

"10/10 Definitely recommend this place."

"Clean and right on the beach. Helpful staff."

"What I booked online is not the room I was given. I booked a premier king suite and it looked like someone went bargin hunting for used furniture and put it in the suite. "The air conditioner was very loud. It made sleeping impossible with it being on. The bathroom was old and dated. The soap holder in the shower was rusty. The shower wasn’t clean right. It had hair sticking on the shower walls. I would not stay here again."

"Would prefer indoor pool"

"The staff was friendly and nice."

"The property overall was fine. I didn’t realize that it was a compact hotel. The staff lovely but we stayed during some sort of kids tournament and those kids were left to their own devices and made an extreme mess of the hotel. The gym, pool was all out of sorts."

"I thought that price included all the fees and taxes. End up paying extra $50 in all different taxes. Also rooms need to be better sound proof. I heard everything that was going on in the room next door, could not sleep well."
