"Pent holdt Riad. Kjempeservice av bemanning på stedet og utrolig hjelpsomme. Alt ordner seg selv på kort varsel. Frokosten holdt høy kvalitet, og god. Riaden ligger tett på grand market, kun en kort gåtur unna. Lett og trygg transport frem og tilbake. Vi kan anbefale dette stedet"

"Simply amazing! The Mellah feels like home thanks to its incredible team, stunning design, and delicious food. This was my second stay, and I will definitely be back again!"

"This beautiful boutique hotel provides a quiet respite from the chaos of the medina. The rooms are very well appointed and the rooftop restaurant is superb. What makes this an exceptional property is the kind and attentive staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakech."

"Wonderful Riad. Muhammed and the team were fantastic, check in was very good, a very warm welcome with a comfy seat, mint tea and talk through the brochure followed by a quick tour of the Riad and its facilities. The room was perfect with very efficient air conditioning which was very welcome after a long day out. Breakfast was perfect with great coffee. The evening meal, wow, the best tagine we have ever had, we ate out the other nights and paid a lot more for not as nice. We had a few hours by...

"De mensen van de riad waren zeer behulpzaam. De ligging is ideaal. We hebben de juiste keuze gemaakt met te boeken bij Lia ou Rik. En kijken zeer tevreden terug."

"Rooftop terrace has small pool, so can cool off after hot day in Marrakech. Nice seating areas for relaxing. Very nice breakfast, either on the terrace or down in the breakfast room. We ate dinner one evening up on the terrace. Lovely service and meal. Nice room, quiet and air conditioned."

"I cannot recommend this riad enough. Great staff where nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing and plenty of it. Location just outside the main square and the business was great as it provided some relief from the hustle and bustle."

"Centrally located for sure. 2 mins walk off the main street. The most hospitable staff I've ever met at a hotel. We got a takeaway breakfast at 6am just before catching our flight out. Ayoub walked us to the taxi in the dark! Delish breakfast every morning. Lovely large room. Comfy beds. Thank you Ibrahim, Ayoub, Abdul, Zita and Awa. You made our Marrakech Stay very special ❤️🧡💛"

"Excellent hotel with amazing and helpful staff."

"The riad was incredibly beautiful and the breakfast was great too. It was also very close to the markets and main square and just 5 mins walk to Bahia Palace and El Badi Palace. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"Smukt sted med virkelig venlig og god service. Skøn morgenmad. "

"The perfect stay. Next to the Bahia Palace and so close to the Medina but a complete oasis from the bustle. The staff were amazing and made us feel at home especially Ishram and Mehdi. The rooftop terrace was the perfect escape everyday. There's only 11 rooms which makes it feel intimate and cosy. Breakfast was lovely and relaxed Would definitely go back to Al Rashid. I found my paradise in Marrakech ❤️"

"Great service, staff was nice and attentive. Book this place and make sure you will be in a great location and comfortable."

"An absolutely wonderful place in the heart of Marrakech. ❤️ Dar 73 is tucked away down a small alley where cars cannot reach, and the moment you step through the door, it feels like entering a peaceful little oasis. Even though you are staying right in the middle of a busy and lively city, you hardly hear any traffic at all – just birds and quiet. Everything was clean and beautifully kept, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We were given bathrobes,...

The riad is beautiful, peaceful, and full of Moroccan charm. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the whole place was well maintained. After spending the day exploring the busy streets and souks of Marrakech, it was wonderful to come back to such a quiet and relaxing place. The staff were one of the best parts of our stay.
