Dedicated Dining Area: Seats up to four guests

✔ Private Airport Transfer Available – For an additional cost, we can arrange a hassle-free transfer where the driver collects your keys in advance and meets you at the airport, dropping you off directly at the apartment (booking required at least 48 hours in advance)

🚭 No Smoking or E-Cigarettes – Strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.
🔇 No Parties or Events – A zero-tolerance policy applies. Any violation will result in immediate eviction and loss of deposit.
🌙 Quiet Hours – Please respect neighbours and maintain quiet between 10 PM – 7 AM.
💳 Security Deposit – A $350 bond is required before check-in via credit card authorization (fully refundable if no damage occurs).
