"What was once one of my favoritehotels seems to be falling on hard times. Common area carpets are stained, bathroom shower stall had moldy caulk and 1 of the 2 elevators was broken for the entire stay. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Compact apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Hot water is good & hot. Good Fish and Chip shop around the corner (had the Haddock with chips and curry which was delicious and a good portion size) and a sandwich bar that serves breakfast items too (bacon butties recommended).
