"Staff were very friendly, both reception and cleaners. Whole hotel very clean. Ideally sited for station and city centre. Toiletries were nice. "A beautiful old house in a country setting with large rooms, an onsite bar, restaurant and garden. Breakfast was included and had lots of options (although many of the gluten free options listed were not available). A short walk to Lunan Bay - a lovely beach area. Only downside to this hotel is due to the age of the property it is very creaky. We were on the round floor and were kept awake all night by the person (or pet) in the room above pacing all night. They do provide ear plugs but it wasn't enough to ensure a good or comfortable nights sleep. The room was very large with a good bathroom that was more than suitable for people requiring wheelchair access. Pets are also accepted."
