"The hotel lobby is very night and feels authentic to the area. The staff are knowledgable and helpful. They had free coffee for the guests in the morning as early at 5am. The rooms were nice, updated and clean. The pool is hard to find but thankfully the front desk person walked with us to show us where it was. The pool was cold (not heated) much as the website says so that would be the only negative. "

"While visiting Albuquerque we wanted to stay in Old Town area and per reviews decided on this property. Beautiful, clean grounds upon arrival. Friendly professional check in. Room extremely clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast very good and service even better than the food. Get the picture, do not hesitate booking this property. Very glad we did!"

"I think this motel deserves to be higher than two stars! It seems to be pretty updated. The room was very cute, and the bathroom was clean. The only thing was that the shower was a little tricky to figure out and the doors do not fully shut so it was difficult to not get water all over the bathroom floor. Check in was very easy, and it was super nice that they provided a complimentary round of drinks! A plus that the cocktails were very good. Super convenient location with Old Town just a short walk away, and a bunch of other food options and attractions near by. Great amenities, including laundry! Great stay over all! "

"My wife and I rented the cottage to meet our mother in law for vacation. We were all impressed with the cottage, cleanliness, supplies provided, location in close proximity to Old Town and especially the host and his communication and detailed instructions. Well worth the price. I'll be renting from Sam again if timing allows "

"Everything was clean and comfortable, though the shower was a tight squeeze for a big guy. Minor adjustments, and it was fine. The location could not be any more convenient for walking the Old Town."

"The property was quiet and very cozy, easy walking to many things in Old town and Arts district. The property was undergoing some kind of bathroom renovation, so I had no shower hot water for a couple days and had to live with a very funky chemical smell in the bath - but Lily was very responsive to getting this sorted during my stay. "
