"My wife and I stayed at EVEN Hotel Brooklyn – an IHG Hotel while we were in New York for Ariana Grande’s Eternal Sunshine concert, and it was the perfect place for our trip. From check-in to check-out, everything about our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.
The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained. As soon as we walked in, everything looked spotless and fresh, which immediately made us feel at home. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything in excellent condition throughout our stay.
One of the things that stood out the most was the staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel like valued guests, answered all of our questions with a smile, and were always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made our trip even more memorable.
Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great selection of fresh and delicious options each morning, making it easy to start our day before heading out to explore the city. Everything was well prepared, and the dining area was clean and inviting.
The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated after long days of walking around New York and an exciting night at the concert. The room stayed cool and comfortable, allowing us to relax and get a great night’s sleep.
