"I was in some tower with 3 elevators in a triangle. It was visually disorienting and confusing every time. The rooms are tiny, weirdly shaped, but cozy. Walls are thin, you will probably hear your neighbors. Seemed understaffed, since I was there for Shaky Knees and they knew they were going to be slammed. The restaurant was blah and no one called or notified me my food was ready when I ordered through the QR room service app. When I got it, it was cold. Parking was a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and just reserve a spot somewhere else. The valets were basically useless. Positives: good location, clean."

"This was just a stop for a layover and we were SO IMPRESSED! The staff was beyond helpful, the room was clean and smelled fresh - no fake scents masking old odors. The bed was extremely comfortable too! It was a quick uber ride from the airport. And, the continental breakfast was an unexpected bonus. Bagels, hard boiled eggs and vanilla yogurt from a self serve machine. We regularly have overnight layovers in Atlanta and will be coming back here again! The shuttle stops at the property at 10 and 40 on the hour too."
