"the reception team were really helpful and the waiting staff in both restaurants we used were fab. A special mention to Helen who regularly waited on us in Sebastians. She was lovely , so helpful, remembered our names and bar order and did her best to teach us Greek phrases ( we didn't do very well :) ). I think they were short of housekeeping staff during our stay as our room often wasn't cleaned until very late in the day - late afternoon / early evening. But all members of the teams we spoke to were helpful and pleasant"
