"The parking was extremely convenient and safe. It was located right by our room and the front lobby. All of the staff were very kind and friendly. The location was just across the street from the beach. We enjoyed walking along the walkway above the beach with great views of the sea lions and many different kinds of sea birds!"

"I had to change rooms because the first room had mildew in the shower and the heat was not working. The second room had a loose faucet and knobs in the bathroom sink and they had to come and fix it. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls."

Parking had to be done through valet which I didn't mind but not being to access my vehicle right away was definitely not fun. Overall staff was understanding of the situation but the construction needs to be disclosed from either the hotel or Expedia."
