If you are looking for tranquility in the middle of a big city, this hotel is for you! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the gardens on the property were incredible. Beds are smaller and harder than expected but we made them work. The only other thing that I didnāt care for was having to pay to use the pool. That was strangeā¦so we only went one time, which was a bummer.

Great gymāvery clean and well maintained.
The staff truly reflects Japanese hospitality: polite, attentive, and professional. The service throughout the hotel was excellent.
Breakfast was okay, but not outstanding. There could be more variety and better quality.
The bar has a beautiful view, but I was disappointed that hotel guests are charged an additional fee to enjoy to sit where the view is. Considering the room rates, this should be included for guests.
