"The host was incredibly friendly and communicative. The flat was modern, clean, and spacious, with everything we needed for our family of four to enjoy a home-cooked dinner on our last night in London. There’s a grocery store just down the street within easy walking distance. We chose this place for its proximity to the airport and ordered an Uber in advance, which was a smooth 20-minute ride. I highly recommend this place, and if I return to London, I would definitely stay here again!"

"Comfortable stay. No issues. The host kindly arranged a microwave for us also on request which was really helpful travelling with small kids. One minor thing that could be improved - a clock in each room please. The clock in lounge wasn't working correctly."

"This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend"

"The bad: Not a real front desk. An office down a hall with a door that was once locked. Staff unavailable at check in time and ignoring all the people waiting in the front hall. Record breaking awful heat wave in the hit London during our stay. No attempt to provide window box fan to draw in night air or to get portable air conditioning units. Floor fans in the rooms helped but not enough. Bedrooms have one electric outlet only. Living room and very modern kitchen have many outlets. Why not put...

Building is great, super quiet, clean, luxurious unit.Someone was on site to come by out room when we had a question.Super friendly and willing to help with anything.Really enjoyed my stay from the states.100% returning when We stay in the UK again."
