I was the only visitor when I was there, as it is still low-season - so I was expecting a reduced experience but They complimentary upgraded my room to their best tent, which was amazing! And then they complimentary took me dune bashing as well… The staff member in the dining area kept me company while I ate, and they provided so much food for me. Super relaxing place. We hiked up the dunes for a beautiful sunset and enjoyed the night walking tour in the desert with Monil. as the hotel offers different type of activities you can choose from. We would definitely recommend this hotel. "
