They were warm, attentive and genuinely keen to help, without ever being intrusive. The service felt personal throughout and made the whole stay particularly memorable. We would happily return."

"First of all I want to appreciate the best staff Chandu (lifeguard)who was all the time cheerful and was in the swimming pool trying to cheer the guests up. He does his best and he deserves a lot. Because my stay in aloft muscat was unforgettable because of his smile, his support and his kindness. Also the breakfast was full and delicious . The room was spacious and the amenities brand new. Don’t miss the chance to stay in this lovely hotel, to meet its wonderful staff like Chandu."
