"Rooms are very small with just the bed , no storage or closets in room . Bathroom has a glass door , ok for couples but not when sharing a room with children . Sink is outside the bathroom. Convenient location to all major attractions"

The staff is wonderful and everyone is working constantly to keep things neat and orderly. Housekeeping was great too. This is the 3rd year in a row that we stay at the Hoxton and we will return again in fall. We highly recommend this hotel on your next visit to London."

"We cleared Heathrow Terminal 5 after midnight and had trouble finding the pod service that would take us to the hotel. No one working at that hour could tell us what the service was called or where to connect with it. When we found it, we were only told we'd be taken to a car park, with no confirmation that the hotel was anywhere near it. And then, when we arrived at the locked gate on the way to reception, we didn't know what to do. When it's dark and there's no helpful signage, it's easy to feel you've been conned."
