"Self help snack bar scanner didn’t work and staff was no help. Coffee maker broken, mattresses old and worn out. Shower fixtures loose and falling off. TV shuts off after a few minutes and staff said we had to unplug it every time we used it. I’ve machine on 4th floor did not work."

"This was a poorly advertised extended stay facility. Nowhere was this clear in the listing or booking. Clearly the room was smoked in despite being labels non smoking. The outlets did not work to charge phones and we decided to find a different accommodation without spending a night here"

Charming Arvada Home - Walking distance to Olde Town
"We loved the house as we all had room to spread out and still have a TV! We were sure glad to have the fans to run in the upstairs rooms as heat rises. House was very clean and easy to find. Nice area, be sure to see Old Town. Location close to Estes Park, Boulder, Red Rocks and Denver. We recommend ..."
