"You have to pay for parking daily about €16 per day so there’s no free parking even if you’re paying hundreds for the room. The housekeeping service was poor, and we constantly had to request it. They don’t clean daily, and they will skip your room if you don’t ask. There’s also no gym or free breakfast, unlike competing hotels nearby. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Couldn't even stay... The room was dirty, bread crumbs all over floor and windows seal. The bed had blood spots on sheets. We wanted to go straight to bed but the common room is all bare hardwood and loud with people talking right outside the bedroom door. When they couldn't find the key for the door and acted like it was no big deal to sleep in an unsecured room, we packed up and left. It looks nothing like the photos. "We stayed at the Dorint (2 rooms) with our son and daughter in law and two grandchildren for one night layover in traveling out of the Zurich airport. The airport shuttle was very useful and easy to use (free from airport to hotel, 6 CHF /$7.65 ea adult on return to airport) The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had hoped to be able to walk to a casual restaurant for dinner, but the setting around the hotel is rather void of activity/amenities and we ended up back at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff were accommodating. Again, without local alternatives, we did opt for the hotel breakfast buffet as well. The price (20 CHF/$25.50) was a bit more than we'd wanted to spend on breakfast, but the buffet included a wide selection of options, was tasty, and as a main meal before a day of traveling worked out well for us. General impression - comfortable, simple convenient option for a layover. If looking for more than just the hotel, ie surrounding amenities/options, I would choose differently on a future trip."
