"The staff are great at reception the rooms need a little bit of TLC it’s a shame they only replenish towels and duvets every 3 days it’s good for the price however I’m sure there are better options in Zürich normally radisson is a straight 10/10 but it’s good for the price you pay "

"We only had one night but were very happy with the location at the Kloten airport. the hotel and the room very clean as one would expect in Switzerland. We didn't have breakfast because our flight was very early. A lovely opportunity was to take a long walk in the park adjacent to the hotel."

"A/C was not working. Informed staff 50 minutes after check in. Was advised that they will investigate. Could not open windows either as bugs were sitting outside. Nothing was resolved while I stayed there. Mattress was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs. All in all the stay was uncomfortable."

"I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, but the amenities were very minimal. There was no kettle, no cups, and no proper trash can in the room only a small one inside the bathroom. Also, the sink being located outside the bathroom felt a bit inconvenient. My main issue, however, is with their customer service. I accidentally left behind a new watch in my room. I have tried contacting the hotel more than five times and even emailed the manager, but I have not received any response at all. What’s especially frustrating is that the hotel never reached out to inform me that I had left something behind. For a place that otherwise seems well-maintained, this lack of communication and follow-up is very disappointing. Overall, while the hotel is clean, the poor customer service especially regarding lost items makes it hard for me to recommend staying here."

"We had a room for 3. The hotel was VERY accommodating but the bed is not suited for an adult. It was hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was fabulous!"
