Besides the ideal location in Surco, the two rooms we booked this time were spotless and comfortable for our one-week stay. From the General Manager to the front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and the concierge, each employee made us feel welcome, valued, and consistently greeted us with a smile. Anytime we had a request, the staff would go the extra mile to fulfill it. We will most definitely be staying here again. "Breakfast Menu's and quality of food was excellent. Rooms were comfortable with a table and two chairs for eating in room. Also had a desk with office chair. Service was excellent throughout our stay. It was close enough to walk to my comitments and quite safe along a divided road with a park in the middle. Excellent restaurants close by. This hotel deserves a higher rating!"
