The room we got was really big. The room itself was nice just the building itself looked a bit rough. The rooms were clean too didn't see any bugs or anything. It has 5 beds but the sofa bed you need to bring your own blanket and pillow for that one.

Clean room but that's about it. Horrible bed with stained sheets, clogged or drain issues with bathroom sink. I'm not writing this to hurt the establishment its just one would expect, at the very least, to rest overnight and if you plan on sleeping, this isn't the place. To start with stained sheets was only the beginning. The bed had broken base boards holding a single old flat mattress. The frame even still had the dot number identification sticker that one would use to put together an item purchased at Walmart. All in all, the staff at check in was fine if you don't mind talking behind a glass and the room was clean.

The location was great, the room… not so much. The room was dirty, the sheets had holes in them and smelled bad. We had to stop by Walmart and buy a sheet to put over the bed because we didn’t feel comfortable enough to sleep on them. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the lights kept flickering. The shower was also dirty and kept clogging. The worst part is, during the middle of the night I went to the bathroom and there were COCKROACHES!! Disgusting. Do not recommend and I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in many different hotels. This was the first one that had me grossed out. The only two things it had was the location and free parking.

We checked in pretty late at night because we were at Disneyland and it was easy we got our key card right away. The room itself was a nice size 2 beds I got 125. It was clean and not noisy at all easy to get to from the park and lots of places to eat around.

The cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best, sheets were dirty there was cracks in the tiles in the bathroom floor to the point where they were moving when stepped on, we had to make sure to wear shoes while I the room cause our socks were turning black without wearing shoes. The bathroom also possibly had mold in it. We disinfected everything ourselves because I truly don’t feel like it was cleaned. The room was semi renovated so that was nice. The flooring in the room was nice,(bathroom floor is what was messed up) the bed frame was nice the microwave and fridge were nice. The hotel staff was also very nice. Housekeeping and the manager in the office were very helpful. One night our keys wouldn’t work and the staff in the office were very speedy and fast with making sure we got in our room and fixed the issue. Overall it wasn’t a horrible stay just wish the room was more clean and tidy, very close to Disney as well so that is also a plus. That’s why I’m giving a 3 star.

The one negative point is that after midnight it might take a while before the shower gets hot! Other than that - great internet, clean rooms, nice decor for its price range, good fridge and nice microwave oven even on a regular room was amazing! Just 5 minutes away from Disneyland by car.

Room looked clean at first glance but couch was filthy when you look closely, had crumbs all over it. I refused to sit on it. Rooms had a weird smell too, had to light a candle.. Bed sheets looked clean but i don’t think they switched them. Restoom was filthy as well and had baby roaches. To be a Inn service and close to Disneyland I expected way more. Worst room I’ve probably ever stayed in sadly. Not even in Mexico the rooms are this dirty, disgusting. Never again will i book a room here.

The room was HOTEL clean, the furniture was banged up and not taken care of, the sink had a huge crack in it, the floors need replacing, the pull out sofa has seen better days, and the linen was mix match prints and questionable. The shower was TRASH! No pressure, in and out of burning hot and freezing cold! photos on site are definitely 10+ years old. Property has great bones, but not being reinvested in to maintain what they are falsely advertising.
