"We found the staff very helpful and professional. Our room though was very tired. The carpet was very stained and the bathroom had heavy mould over the silicone. Also, there was trouble with the lifts. Our floor was on the fifth floor and there was a sign in the lift saying it couldn't stop there, so we took another lift that got stuck at floor 4 and just kept opening and shutting! We found the stairs, so wasn't a problem but if we were disabled or had a pram it might of been."
