"Stay was alright. Nothing wrong with noise levels being excessive or location. The shower head was not that strong. Water pressure was average. Floor carpets in room looked worn out. "

"The people in the room next to me were out of control, leaving children unattended to raise hell. I had to call front desk and they sent security. Since no parents where there, mind you it's almost midnight, the security had to bang on the door like crazy to try and get children to answer the door. Parents were found outside smoking with no care for small children. The noise and banging were out of control, got little to no sleep. The bathroom had long black hairs on the floor which was disgusting. The age of building shows, and the cliental were disgusting and loud and obnoxious. Staff did their best with the noise sending security but won't stay there again. The Embassy suites have gone down hill and this was my 2nd time trying this location, there will not be a third."

"The location is near oakbrook mall and also a Dave n Busters, food options near the hotel or in Lombard. The hotel staff was friendly and they had good choice of snacks, breakfast was good. The only down side was the pool was small -not what’s online- and the morning after it was really dirty"

"You advertise a shuttle bus, but it was never available. The hallway carpets are in serious need of cleaning."

"The hotel was clean and the breakfast not bad. Only issue was the pool room was cold and so was the pool for. They stated that the heat was not working."

"My stay with Hampton Inn in Naperville was wonderful. The front desk helped me so much because I did not have a reservation as previously thought. Unfortunately my reservation was at Holiday Inn but I was unaware of it because no confirmation email was sent . Hampton Inn only had one room available but I was so thankful to get that room by being a Honor member . The location was great because everything was in walking distance for the great food and shopping. Thank you, Hampton Inn for having my back."
