"There is no AC and no fans which made the room hot in the summer. But all the staff was very nice and it’s quiet. Food was really good also."

"Clean property. Spacious lobby Modern facilities 7 minutes walk to Kongens Nytorv Metro station and 10 minutes to Nyhavn Harbour. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Room a little pokey. When I enquired about luggage storage after checkout and why there's a fee for the service, I was told nonchalantly " we have more than 700 guests". What an excuse! I do travel a fair amount and this was my first time that an hotel would charge for this."

"The kids' activities were absolutely incredible for children. There was a lot going on and staff around. It wasn't a dedicated kids' club in the sense that they repurposed their conference hall facilities, but nevertheless they added a great dimension to our stay. I would really highly recommend it, and things like the bikes too are a great addition. The staff are all really good with kids and breakfast as well, and everywhere, so I would say, , incredible stay as parents!"
