"We hadden 2 comfort kamers geboekt voor 3 personen. De 2 personen kregen de kleinste van de 2 kamers. Hier had beter over nagedacht kunnen worden bij het verdelen van de kamers. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt uitgebreid. Er waren geen tekorten, genoeg tafels. De kamer op zich was schoon en redelijk ruim, maar de badkamer kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Douchen in het bad met een te kort/klein glaswandje. Alles werd nat. Eén avond in de bar met een gestresste barkeeper. Overall was...

"This hotel was a delightful surprise in every way. It's a true gem in Vienna. Clean, comfortable, with wonderful staff, and in an excellent location, close to public transport and the city's iconic landmarks. Architecturally, it's beautifully preserved. On my birthday, I found a greeting card in my room and a credit for the hotel bar. It couldn't have been better! I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in Vienna."
