"This hotel doesn't really have a front desk. All communication is through WhatsApp. The design is such that you hear everything, so it can be rather noisy. There are some individuals that seem to be long term residents and hangout in front of the hotel drinking and smoking. Some rooms have extremely small bathrooms that makes it hard to get in and out. "Excellent location but the communication from the hotel wasn’t good. I messaged the hotel the morning of my arrival after not receiving a key code (the place is unmanned). I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful. "Everything was new and super clean! Breakfast was a normal continental offering. I would have given 5 stars but the bathroom situation was really small and the free space n the room wasn't big enough to fully open my suitcase."
