"Lovely location and very helpfull staff. I would say it would not be suitable for anyone with Mobility issues because the site in built in to a steep hill so the beach and many of the facilities are some way down from the main resturant. Great Spa with lovely supportive staff."

"Cushions needed cleaned up"

"This was the best hotel we have stayed at in a while and we have traveled a lot! Great location in Agios Nikoloas. Easy walks to everything. The spa was wonderful with a heated indoor pool and no extra charge. The staff was top notch all around! The breakfast was so wonderful and varied daily . We were there the middle of October and still went...

"This hotel far exceeded our expectations and was perfect in every way. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, beach or heated pool and wonderful food. Good for families as well with a kids pool and buffet that provides items for the younger guests. Will definitely return the next time we come to Crete!"

"Needs more maintenance"
