She let us know what was going on, how long it would be until the cleaning was done, and when we could get into the house. When we did get in, we had an issue with a pet smell in the house. I messaged Matt, he sent someone over and Crystal again was in contact with us about the process. The house was good, exactly as the pictures and website depicted. Definitely enough parking for all of us as well. "
