"Parking needs to be expanded. Parking for handicap needs to be expanded. I paid a lot of money for one night, I was given a low level room with view of construction I wasn’t impressed. First time that happened. I always get asked what level and neat elevator. I was very tired after a 11 hour road trip I had no energy to demand better service. Maybe have VIP membership"

A great choice for families with kids since the entire property is non-smoking. If you’re planning to visit Banff, Canmore, and Calgary and want to save on accommodations, this is a convenient base. It’s about 30-minute drive to Calgary and around an hour to Banff and Canmore."
