"This is the 2nd time for me at Sunrise Avenue Hotel in Alexandria. A great experience with a very professional reception staff. A special thank you to Mr Mohamed, Mr Ramadan and Mr Emad for their hospitality and premium service. The hotel is well equipped and well designed. Very private rooms location right in front of the beach which is sandy and very smooth to walk barefoot and enjoy the sea. The restaurant staff, waiters and room service are also very decent and helpful. This has become my favorite first option whenever I visit Alexandria!"

Housekeeping was exceptional and generously replenished all toiletries and bottle water every day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was powerful. Very beautiful hotel. "

"I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Green Plaza. The location is unbeatable if you love having everything at your fingertips; being right inside the Green Plaza Mall means you have hundreds of shops, a cinema, and endless restaurants just steps from your room.  The service was top-notch—the staff were professional and made check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, very clean, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a huge variety of fresh options. Whether you’re here for business or a family trip, this is easily one of the most convenient and comfortable places to stay in Alexandria. Will definitely be back!"

"Hany, the property manager, is the only saving grace of this. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have survived the two-week stay. He was so kind and helpful. The apartment wasn't located where the pictures indicated it was. There is no pool. It's in a poor and busy area. The apartment is not well kept. The kitchen is very run-down and doesn't have adequate utensils for cooking. The cabinets are dirty. The shower doesn't have controlled warm water. It was either cold or hot. The majority of the electrical outlets are not working in the bedrooms. The rooms are very crowded. Despite how uncomfortable our stay was, Hany did everything in his power to assist us and help us get through it. We thank him so very much. It definitely was not worth the amount the owner is renting the apartment for. "
