"We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Montazah. After a disappointing experience elsewhere, the Sheraton felt like a breath of fresh air. The staff were professional and welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a stunning view of the Mediterranean.
The hotel’s beach access and pool were perfect for our family — clean, well-maintained, and not too crowded. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of our schedule, and we always had fresh towels and bottled water.
The location is also ideal — close to local restaurants, shops, and a short drive from downtown Alexandria. We felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid beachfront hotel in Alexandria."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Helnan Palace Hotel. We booked three rooms to celebrate my sister-in-law’s wedding, and the experience was truly special.
The hotel’s decoration and vibe perfectly reflect the elegance of the last king’s era, adding a unique charm to our stay.
The staff and service were beyond excellent. Youssef and the entire Front Desk team were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to assist us. The location is fantastic—just a short walking distance from the Gate—and the free shuttle service to all popular areas around Montazah was a great convenience.
The only downsides were that there were some minor cleanliness issues. However, these did not overshadow the wonderful experience we had. We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, prime location, and timeless atmosphere."
