"We had an amazing stay at Alcázar. The room was beautiful, breakfast excellent, and the staff was truly professional and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!"

"Nice stay in a beautiful setting but expensive for stay overall."

"Tolles Hotel, wir kommen wieder."

"Excellent stay, staff were very attentive and modern, clean rooms. Facilities were great with relaxing pool / balcony area, pool table and games, a well-stocked bar and terrace. Breakfast was a highlight with huge variety of fresh hot and cold food .5"

"A really lovely city centre hotel in a perfect place in Palma. We had a lovely big room, which was all new and well appointed. Bathroom all modern as well. "Didn’t love the area right outside the door of the hotel. I definitely wouldn’t want to be there alone as a female at night. But the hotel itself was beautiful and it walkable to everything you’d want to see. The staff was awesome. The bed was ok."

"They have a washing machine, that it’s a brilliant idea, very convenient, to improve the experience I would include a foldable drying rack since the machine dries up to 60%. Staff was very nice, informative and helpful. The room was clean and organized."

"Excellent staff and beautiful view"
