Amazing room especially the glorious bathroom, clean and very comfortable with beautiful accessories
Staff always welcoming
Beautiful hotel set in a lovely location. Staff friendly and welcoming . The room was lovely and spacious and comfortable. We only had one night here will definitely return if we are in the area .
Fabulous find! Loved the room which was spacious and clean with great touches too! The food was lovely and we sat by the open fire and chilled! Just wonderful!
Room is very clean, lots of space and bathroom was very nice , shower was clean no issues in the room at all. The food is very good quality and a reasonable price and breakfast is great.
Would go there again if we need to book another night.
Stunning pub with rooms (although that description doesn't do it justice). This was our second stay at Arrow Mill. We stayed in a superior room which was beautiful (the bathroom was wonderful). The service in the pub/restaurant was excellent, even though it's big and always busy. The food was exceptional. Lovely grounds and walks to Alcester too.
Our room was excellent - stylish & comfortable. Staff were terrific. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with great gluten-free options. Will definitely stay again.
This is my 2nd stay at the Arrow Mill. The rooms are a perfect size with large bathrooms. Very welcoming and friendly staff who are also extremely accommodating. The food was excellent and the breakfast options are great and I would definitely recommend the full English!
Lovely place to stay, room nicely appointed, staff friendly and helpful and set in tranquil location with ample grounds. Restaurant and bar area, including outdoor dining space also very nice and make the most of the old converted water mill building. Did not eat on this occasion but did a few months ago but from what I saw, nothing has changed and it would not disappoint. All in all will definitely return either to stay or just to dine.
Always have a wonderful stay here. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and every detail is considered. Even when the restaurant is full, the rooms are quiet.
The team are always friendly and attentive.
The food is delicious and they have an excellent gluten free menu and are very careful when it comes to allergies and coeliac disease.
Amazing room in beautiful surroundings. Meal in the pub was fantastic. Service was excellent. Residents lounge is a nice touch to enjoy drinks after the bar closes.
Only minor issue was 10:00 check out which is at least 1 hour too early IMO especially as the cost is not the cheapest.
Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic stay, although the room was very warm and needed the fan on all night (which makes for a noisier rest) very comfortable otherwise! Fabulous large bathroom, large walkin shower and cavernous roll top bath. Restaurant/food was amazing service was 1st class
Worth every penny and would highly recommend
A lovely place to stay for rest, good food and drinks. A building with lots of character and history surrounding the ‘Arrow Mill’ tale. The rooms are decorated with taste and all details are dealt with, comfy beds great bathrooms with showers, (we actually had a great ‘rainfall walk-in shower as well as a roll top bath), all seem to be top spec. All staff are courteous and friendly, making you feel special and welcome. The food available here is mainly classics and comfort food. All very tasty and with generous portions. There is huge bar and lots of lounge space to sit in comfort, even log fires to get you toasty.
We had such a lovely stay at Arrow Mill! I don’t write reviews but this place deserves it.
The grounds are beautiful. The walk suggested on their website is perfect to walk off the massive, tasty breakfast they serve! Every member of staff was brilliant throughout our stay. The pub itself is lovely and very nicely decorated.
In the evening, we were surprised with a singer and his a guitar who came in for entertainment for a couple of hours - he was excellent!
The bedroom (superior room, room 1) - wow! It was absolutely immaculate and it was huge! The bath was a dream!
The lounge, for residents only, was there for us to retire to when we wanted to chill at the end of the night with a bottle of wine and a board game. A nice touch and we were the only two in there, so it was very relaxing, and again, a beautifully decorated room to be in.
The whole place was totally spotless, which given it’s a huge building is really impressive!! I actually couldn’t help but notice and think to myself just how clean it was, given the number of visitors, it being dog-friendly, etc, so kudos to the staff responsible for cleaning and maintaining everything! You are first class!
Honestly, the whole stay was totally faultless. I’d love to go back - especially when the fishing season opens and we can fish on the river at the end of their garden!
